This is an information page concerning the MyDream-Spa group, formerly present in France and Switzerland, but still active in Spain and The United Kingdom.

Our goal is to avoid other business -men and investors to « be had », by this « group », that uses a ponzi chain ( a  pyramid-shaped vending system that permitted Bernard Madoff to to misappropriate 50 billion dollars on 48 years).

The representatives of France and Switzerland have ceassed activity, (due to the abscence of delivery of merchandise that was ordered and payd for) and have started to pursue in justice Mr.Elmar Ruziscka ( MyDream-Spa S.L. And Mr. Mauris Hispania S.L) and Mr. K.-H. Sch. ( MyDream-Spa GmbH), the founders of the group.

 Mr.  Elmar Ruziscka charmes the investors with a product that sells ( importation of  luxury spas / whirlpools), proposing a profit margin of 40% - 60%... he sustaines to have even sold a hundred in Spain , in less than a month.

The manufacturer waits to this day from  Mr.Elmar Ruziscka the sum of 90 000 £ ( bill corresponding to all the spas that were ordered for the retailers in France and Switzerland).

The carrier hasn't also received his payment.

Soon after signing the contract with Mr. Elmar Ruziscka ( his office being in Marbella) and with Mr.  K.-H. Sch. ( his associate in the parent company, located in Ratingen, Germany), you have to order a minimum of 6 spas ( 6 being the minimum quantity per container), that represents an average of 40 000 £.

Mr.Elmar Ruziscka has become unreachable, since he got the totality of different bills from France and Switzerland.

Without any news of his par, for several months after the collection of the deposits, Mr. K.-H. Sch. ( the C.E.O of the group) has stopped standing by Mr. Elmar Ruziscka and his actions.

The german site of the group doesn't exist anymore. He was replaced by a message of M.  K.-H. Sch., that confirms his rupture of MyDream-Spa.

 The spanish site doesn't exist also.He was replaced by another site:http://www.mds-spas.com ...WARNING...     

The France and Switzerland  sites of the group are in course of being disactivated.

Mr. Elmar Ruziscka has stolen more than 450 000 £ from his victims ( clients / investors) at this day....
